OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Halifax driving school guarantees that even if your instructor cannot make the test date as agreed then we will arrange for another instructor to take their place and take you to the test.  

If your instructor cannot make an arranged lesson the instructor will try to give you as much notice as possible and rearrange the lesson asap at your convenience.

PRE-PAID LESSONS 

All block bookings, intensive courses and guaranteed pass bookings, must be paid for in advance.  we will honour all commitments to you and do our utmost best to attend all arranged times, however, if an instructor cannot attend, then rearrangements will be made asap, at no extra cost to you, or a partial refund can be arranged.

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

When using a voucher prior notification must be given, and vouchers can only be used as part of a block booking paid in advance.

 

One hour free vouchers apply to new customers only

CANCELLATION POLICY

 If you book a lesson, you may cancel or rearrange that lesson free of charge, if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. This gives us time to take another booking in your place. 

A late cancellation, within 24hrs, is subject to a cancellation penalty of 100% per hour cancelled. If the lessons were pre-paid you have a choice between the cancellation penalty OR forfeiting half that lesson. If you fail to attend a lesson without cancelling, (i.e. we turn up and you're not there) the full price of the lesson will be taken/paid for. If the lesson was pre-paid, that lesson will be forfeited. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances at the INSTRUCTORS discretion.

Repeat/continual cancellations will result in only being allowed to book further lessons by paying in advance.

Refunds for pre-paid lessons will not be given unless a valid reason (eg, ill-health) is given, individually paid for lessons will be subject to the deduction of the full hourly rate (single hour rate manual or automatic) for any lessons taken and any cancellation penalties which may apply.

G/tee pass maximum 5 attempts allowed,  further lessons at the instructor's discretion. Test dates will only be agreed upon when the instructor considerers the candidate to be ready. Any refunds given will be subject to a 10% administration fee and hours taken will be charged at full lesson price.
